Hey All! I am excited to photograph the kids this week!
To help with photo day outfits, here is the vision board for the shoot. Photos of the shoes are not guaranteed. It all depends on the age of the child and their demeanor that day!
If any of you have vintage books hats, glasses, or toys and are willing to loan for prop, please message me!
Once photos are complete expect 2-3 weeks processing time and ordering instructions to follow.
Please let teachers know in advance if siblings are to be photographed together.

Digitals are for personal printing only.
Files should not be copied, edited, or distributed.
Each child will have at least one pose, two are not guaranteed.

Picture Day with COLOR & LIGHT
Not your traditional school photographer.
With 5 years of experience as a mom and over 15 years of capturing precious moments with families (some of those little ones are all grown up now), I have enjoyed portraying the individuality of each child and celebrating where they are in life. My journey began in graphic design in advertising and my passion for photography grew from my desire to design with original imagery. From my early days in the darkroom to now (do they still have them? :)), I am excited to offer photography, design, and consulting services for both personal and business creative goals.

Styling Tips |
Come as YOU are as they say- wild hair with a cheerio stuck in it, IT’S OK.
Better to Avoid fluorescent, and busy patterns for top and bottom. Shoes may not make the photo!
Solid colors work great. Classy hats ( ask teachers ) bowties, suspenders and bows are welcome for session time. Remember, this could be the next photo on the mantel. See examples for inspiration.
Background | Outdoors green trees or if pulled inside it will be gray. black or neutral
Picture Day
PDS PICTURE DAYS |
April 9 & 11th, 2024 ( morning )
Each class will be assigned to Tuesday or Thursday (April 9th & 11th ) you will be notified of your child’s scheduled picture day via PDS. If your child is unable to attend or absent on the first day, we will place them first slot of the second day for their photo.
Guarantee |
We all have bad days! Some children will smile, make faces or none of the above. We will never force a child to take a photo. That being said, the amount of poses may vary from child to child.

You will receive a info link & form with instructions to view a password-protected online gallery organized by class.
