I prioritize scheduling regular consultations and progress updates to keep you informed and ensure we stay on track with your goals.
Email/VM Marketing Support
Throughout the project, I am available to provide support. Emails, Voicemails, and Quick calls work. Email messages are best to go back and reference.
Lengthy Requests
For more detailed or time-consuming requests,these will be handled during our scheduled sessions or billed separately as an a la carte service, depending on the scope.
Response Time
I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays.
Depending on the project edits or requests most are done within a 48-72 hour weekday timeline.
The more I receive from you on a timely basis the quicker the process.
Please note that I am generally unavailable on weekends, and responses may be delayed during this time.
Ongoing Maintenance
Once the project is finalized and approved, I can provide ongoing maintenance rates tailored to your needs.
